Sir Ken Robinson

I completely agree with Sir Ken Robinson that our education system is outdated and flawed. With his story about the dancer, i can relate to that. My parents put me in adhd testing because of my bad grades. I aced the test with a grade in the 99th percentile range. The education system is not built to prepare us for the future. For myself, I learn and think more during the summer than during the school year. School has acually become a type of hibernation for my brain. I don't read as much, dream as much, or use my brain at all. So while the mission statement of schools is to give us knowledge, its effect on me is it limits my learning, knowledge, and creativity.
