ROWE sounds awesome. It is so much easier to work for the result instead of for a deadline . I personally would work so much better with a system like that. Not only would it be nice to get to sleep in, it is easier to work without so many worries like getting to work on time. After all, the results are the only thing that matter to a business, so why lower efficency by bogging down workers with protocols.
